From first contact to full cure
How Mobile Headlight Restoration Works
A typical vehicle takes about one to two hours. The service is mobile, appointment-only, and does not require customer-provided water or electricity.
-
Phase 1 — Contact and location
Start with a call or text
Share your area and say that you are interested in headlight restoration. Photos are not required in the first message, but may be requested later if they help confirm suitability or price.
The location must be safe, leave enough room around the vehicle, and keep the vehicle accessible throughout the appointment. Service is available every day from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Rain or extreme heat may require a different time or rescheduling.
-
Phase 2 — Inspect and approve
Confirm the exterior condition and exact quote
Before work begins, the headlights are inspected to confirm that exterior restoration is a reasonable option. The exact price is explained and approved first.
This service treats the exterior lens only. It does not repair internal moisture or condensation, cracks, leaks, bulbs, wiring, structural damage, or the complete assembly.
-
Phase 3 — Restore and protect
Treat the exterior surface
The exterior lens is restored through multi-stage sanding and preparation. The process does not include polishing.
A ceramic coating with UV protection is then applied to the exterior automotive polycarbonate lens. Eligible work includes a one-year warranty under the published terms.

Phase 4 — Cure and aftercare
Follow the two-hour and seven-day timeline
Do not drive the vehicle for two hours after service.
Do not wash the vehicle for seven days.
Full cure takes seven days.
Detailed care instructions are provided after the appointment.
The starting condition matters
The goal is to improve transparency, appearance, and light passage through the treated exterior surface. The result depends on the starting condition; no lens is guaranteed to look exactly new.
